40 Day of Fitness
Lent is a time to prepare us to release our old ways and to emerge joyfully int o a new, abundant life in Christ. Instead of removing something from our lives, let's add fellowship, daily devotions and become healthier spiritually and physically. Join us Monday and Wednesday mornings at 8:30 a.m. to walk for 30 minutes in the Family Life Center and then 15 minutes of devotions. We will begin Ash Wednesday, February 14 and our last day will be Wednesday, March 28. If you have an interest in gathering together, spending time in fellowship, walking (at each individual's pace) and time in the word, please join us for 40 Days of Faith and Fitness. Contact Shelley Hyre at 304-704-7039 or email email@example.com with questions.
